Erin & Blake {married}

This wedding has been a long time in the making!  Both for Erin & Blake, who definitely put in their time before this long-awaited day; and also for myself... Erin and I have been communicating for a while now just waiting for the chance to photograph this gorgeous wedding!  She's a friend from back in the Bethel college days and has apparently been a fan of my work for a while now..  so flattering!

But back to the whole reason behind these photos.. the huge crazy love between Erin & Blake!  These two professional house-flippers put their incredible skills together to put on this gorgeous wedding.  The setting was their latest house purchase.. on a beautiful lake in Roseville.  Set in the later afternoon, with a perfect sun and steady breeze, the day couldn't have gone smoother.  One of my favorite touches was the unity symbol during the ceremony.. where Blake and Erin pulled out the gloves, nails and a saw to make a cross.. very very cool!

With one stop to the Stone Arch bridge area with the wedding party and we were off to McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis for the reception, complete with a great meal and live country music.  Top the night off with lanterns and it was a absolutely picture perfect day!  Just another reason why I love my job!

Congrats Erin & Blake!  Enjoy the preview!
